Numly respects your willingness to share personal information about yourself and your content. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and your assigned ESN IDs. We will not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share the private information you provide, or use it to send promotional materials or information, without your permission.

Your Personal Information is used to set up your Numly account and/or content registration. Your Personal Information may also be aggregated with the information of other Numly service users to provide summary demographic and targeted advertising data for use by Numly, its advertisers, and its potential investors or business partners. Aggregated Information refers to information that cannot be traced back to specific individuals.  Numly keeps all of your Personal Information on its network and does not disclose that information to third parties. Numly utilizes server, database, and backup and security technologies to protect the security of the Numly network. Numly will not disclose your Personal Information except when we have your consent or when we are required to disclose it pursuant to a court order or if requested by a law enforcement agency or other legal requirement.

Numly will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned below. New users will receive a Numly welcome e-mail explaining the features provided by the service. Numly may, from time to time, send you information about the Numly service, your account your registered ESN IDs, or about other Numly offerings, but neither Numly nor its advertisers will send you e-mail regarding any other commercial offers or advertisements at any time without your prior approval.

Numly will not monitor or disclose any communications that authorized users send or receive via the Numly service, except as may be required by law or legal process. Numly may, from time to time, review content submitted to Numly in order to further develop and improve the Numly service. As with other forms of Internet communication, the privacy of communications or the appropriateness of message content sent and received via the Numly service cannot be guaranteed by Numly.
